|Forward||I Have the 33x12.50x15 KM2s I love them. they are great in the rocks. I air down to 10psi with no bead locks and have not had any trouble. In the limmited amount of mud I have been in I have had no issues. ( I also have lockers front and rear). I have not owned a set of the firestones you are refering too. most of the prople I wheel with have the KM2s and they have not had any issues either.|

|Charleskent84||I just got the destinations m/t and they are pretty good. I had the BF Goodrich all terrains and I thought I was going to keep those forever but I decided to go to 12.5 and the destinations were all they had and so far I do not regret it. I thought about goin with the Goodrich m/t's but I heard that they wear pretty fast.|

|ddjeeper||Yeah I know it sucks. Up north a few hours gets pounded with snow, a few weeks ago they had a foot or two maybe.|

|doclouie||I grew up downriver til I left home for the West. The snow we once got just doesn't happen anymore.|

|ddjeeper||Yeah to be honest I'm not sure if I'm going to have to worry about snow or ice this winter... Kinda disappointed we have had almost no snow where I live, just north of Detroit.|

|doclouie||$13 a tire. I only had the center thread siped as I play on the rocks in Moab on a regular basis and did not want them to chunk out.|

How much did you pay to get them siped?

|doclouie||Originally from Detroit so I know you do not drive on snow as much as ice. I had my KM2s put on last week and we got a pretty good storm out West. They actually did really well on the ice and snow here. I did have the tires siped and I am sure that made quite a bit of difference. I was worried that mudders in snow and ice would not be a good idea, but they actually do quite well.|

The km2s really suck in standing water and light snow. but are awesome off road. The km2s wear really well. You might look into some goodyear duratracs as well? I had those on my grand cherokee and loved them for moderate difficulty trails. The duratracs are amazing in rain and snow! But Im goin with km2s from now on.

Here's my input on Firestone tires. I have the Destination A/Ts currently and can't wait to get new tires...
I also had to pick up a replacement tire from Firestone because I slashed a sidewall on my last trip on Friday. This is the second slashed sidewall and luckily this time they covered it because I have the warranty. Last time they wouldn't because they could tell it happened offroading I guess. I'll never buy Firestone again though because I'm 3/4 for getting a flat during my recent offroading trips. Two slashed sidewalls and one time gravel got between the wheel and the tire (how does that even happen?). Needless to say a set of MT/Rs and MT Classics are on my long list of to dos. If anyone is thinking about Firestone Destination A/Ts stay far away.

BFG KM2 vs Firestone destination MT whats your opinion
I am looking for some new tires. I've been geared towards the km2s for a while and someone told me to look into the FS mt. What are your guys thoughts?
