Sorry I missed you guys Scott and Kelly (and everyone). I didn't realize you were in Riverside. IWe're in Corona.
Here I am Sorry I have been away so long. My jeep worked great on 2n17x, but got truely tested at Calico. I was able to really test the limit of the suspension. To take full advantage of my rear, I will need to do some cutting to the body (as I had some really good tire rub). My front was perfect! Looking at my pics, I need to check my front brake lines as they looked streched in the pics. The shocks are breaking in nicely. I was able to carry some speed thru the desert. The ride was great! Suprisingly to me, I could even tell a difference in the rocks. It was a much smoother ride.
Hope you had a great New Years!!!

Dominator1056 Just wanted to say thanks to Dan for putting this run together, Kelly and I had a great time.
Since I am fairly new to wheeling, I would also like to thank Dan, Bill, Dave and Jeff for spotting me thru the couple of spots that I had difficulty with.
Every time that I go out, I learn more on what my jeep/me are capable of and can't wait till the next time we go out.

Merry Christmas an Happy New Year to everyone.

Scott & Kelly

Whoa... I could have sworn I saw that Toy just sitting at Lytle Creek with no one in it. Exact same color and shell and everything

Ok I'll be #3 or #4.

Always a good time with all you guys and gals.

Big Vic I would be in for a re-run, I have never run Pilot rock or Cleghorn backwards. I will keep my eyes open for a new thread.

Aw man, that sucks! Well at least you guys finished PR. I've been wanting to run that again. I've only run it once about a year ago. Should be more fun now.

BillG.OTD Sorry for the drama, the car was stolen and driven to that spot and crashed the night before, we just stopped and asked the ranger about it. I guess the guy that stole it and crashed it got away. ( bummer for the owners ) the rock had recently rolled onto the trail...good thing nobody was there, it was huge.

As for the Cherokee, it lost all it's coolant and we worked on it for awhile and thought we had it fixed ( not so much ) still a good day on the trails!

I H8RDS Man, that is a bummer right before Christmas. Hate to see that. Hopefully, nobody got hurt...and Santa brings him a nice shiny new one in a couple days!

I wish I can go with you guys tomorrow.
We are going hunting. It is hunting season now.
These are usually tough times for me as I have to split my time between hunting and off-roading.

I'm going to miss seeing your new mod and the flexing of your rig Dan.
I'll catch you guys next time. have fun and be safe.

Joe.

Thanks Buck. You guys truly do great work. I'm so pleased with the quality and attention to detail. I could not even keep you in sight the last time we wheeled together. Maybe now I will have a chance. You and Jamie have a Merry Christmas and we look forward to seeing you out on the trails soon...
