hwy1rubi Thanks Brandon for setting this up and to Grant and Kota again as tour guides.

Grant/Kota, I talked to Bob (Ironwoods), and he told me the the planes are still out there, and said to take the road just before the Blu Inn, and the Military Bunker is still there too at the end of Military Wash. A couple ideas for February along with Superstition Mountains.

Kota7x BTW: we will probably stop for lunch in Salton Sea.
12-27-2012 09:02 PM
Kota7x Were ready for tomorrow! Fred1 and I will be in Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs at 9:00AM. We will be leaving shortly after. Ill have my American Flag on my LJ parked outside of the Wells Fargo bank on the inside of the circle. See ya out there.

Cool, For those of you who don't our Jeeps look for a Silver LJ (Dakota's) with an American flag tied to the jack. Mine (Grant's) is a white TJ that might or might not have a black hard top on it.

hwy1rubi Grant, I may have a buddy on a quad with me on the 27th so I figured I'll just show him around Ocotillo if he comes, I'll know for sure tomorrow. But the 28th will work out perfect because he's leaving then.

Looking forward to wheeling with you and Kota it will be fun. I'm working on getting my son interested in wheeling, at this time he wants to go dirt bike again. I think when he can see what Kota does with his jeep it may change his mind.

Fred1 Hey Gary, we're still wheelin on the 27th, I'll call you before then. Come by the house at 8:45am on the 28th.

hwy1rubi May have a buddy going out with a toy hauler and if so we'll be staying just past Holmes camp in the valley to the right.
12-22-2012 04:54 PM
Lyonpride I'm in, we will be out there mid-day on the 27th.
12-21-2012 06:19 PM
hwy1rubi I'm in heading out in the morning of the 26th.
12-21-2012 05:21 PM
BRANDONT so whats the head count for next week?
12-10-2012 10:49 PM
Lyonpride I will also be out there staying just north of Holmes camp the 27th-1st. Coyote Canyon is north of Borrego Springs. Check out the Tom Harrison map for San Diego county. There is an app for it that shows most of the trails in the state park and Octillio.

We took Dan and Tamey up that Thanksgiving Day.
