02 Wrangler 4.0 Liter-Grinding noise near alternator w/video link.

Anyone have any idea what the noise is coming from my engine? It only occurs when the temperature is below 45 degrees or so and lasts for about 5-10 minutes after starting the jeep even after running it. Any suggestions on what it might be would be helpful. I'm thinking it's a bearing but not sure on which part. Thank you in advance.
