CHL I don't know enough about your Jeep, but if you go to the link below, it shows you a diagram & parts list. You just need to re search for your specific model of Jeep & door type.

DOOR, FRONT, FULL LOCK AND CONTROLS WRANGLER YJ. Fits: WRANGLER | Mopar Parts

Oh, you might find the part cheaper somewhere else, but at least you can find the part number & name of the part, then search other sites.

jackalack09 Are you referring to the small rod that goes from the lock cylinder to the latch? And were the doors themselves 95 from the factory?

i have a 1995 yj jeep, im looking for the door lock mechanism, rode that connects handle, to mechanism. can anyone help me?
