Thanks guys, I was already bitten hard by the mod bug years ago befor I even had a jeep. It started with a snowmobile, then multilpied to two, then four. This it branched into one quad then two. Then a motorcycle and another. I have to have atleast two of everything and seeing as I have a taco it seemed right to get a second vehicle henc the jeep. I dont really care about the broken stuff as long as it gets fixed I will be very happy.
I always try and make things better, its what I do.
I cant wait for it to be fixed. I just want to drive around for a few hours........every day,
Is that to much to ask...hehehe.

|Gunner||Congratulations on the new toy. Your gonna love it. I have a SWB and would have liked the extra room of the LJ but it is what I have and I love modifying it. Welcome to the forum and have a blast with your new ride.|

|037jeff||Congratulations! I tried to fix my fuel fill unsuccesfully. I saw the how to on this sight and ordered the GM gas fill with the one way valve in it. The problem is that piece is straight where the JEEP fill has a curve in it, which mean I had a huge kink in the fill. I now have an error code for a small evap fuel leak. Long story short...... I wish I never messed with it. The trick to filling up is to do it slow as you get near a full tank. I am concerned about my OPDA as well. But when it starts to sound like a laughing monkey is when I will address it. Like they say if it ain't broke don't fix it. I have learned that lessons many times the hard way. Merry Christmas!!!|

Here she is all tucked in because its cold here...lol.
Actually I have the blanket on her becasue when I got her home late at night (First night home from picking her up) and wanted to get in the back the hinges for the rear window broke. I called the dealer and they are going to help me. I found some SS Hinges for $60 at Quadratech. Im waiting to hear back from them on what they might like to do for me seeing as I didnt even have the jeep for 6 hours befor it broke.
I also took the rear window off because the hydralics were the only thing holding the window on and apon doing so found that one of the pins for the defrost came off the window in the fighting match with it and was still in the wiring harness. I found some electrical conducting glue online and told the dealer about it as well.
Even though this happened Im still happy I got the jeep and still feel I did well. AS long as the dealer is willing to help me then Im going to give them positive reviews. They have been helpping me out so far and will continue to do so, I think.

Merry Christmas, Meet my New to me TJ.
Hey there everyone,
I would like to thank everyone that gave me advice when I was looking around at jeeps and for all the support that came with my indissisioness. Anyway here are a few pics of my Chrismas Gift to me from me.
Its a 2005 Jeep TJ Unlimited with 50000 Kilometers.
My first thing that I will be doing reguarless if it needs it or not is to replace the OPDA with a new OEM and put a Stripperman Kit on it. No worries after this I, at least in my mind wich is all that matters.
The next thing is to take off those light brakets on the front window. Im also going to go that overflow fix if it hasnt been done to it already.
After these few minor things I want to drive it.
IT does ride very well I think and is quite confortable for me.
Let me know what you guys think.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone.
