This looks like a good solution, easy to modify before you wheel (with an extension tube). Doesn't look absurd in the mall parking lot. You don't want something all blinged without no dents, scratches, and/or missing parts.

I just ordered the River Raider mostly because I wanted to keep my rigid lights.
Friend just got his installed, unfortunately since mine will be more flush, I'll have to relocate the antenna to driver side.

|Vanne||if you have a aev heat reduction hood, the aev snorkel requires no cuts..|

|WhiskeyMike||Is the river raider snorkel the only one that doesn't require hood or exterior fender cuts? Looking specifically for a 2013.|

I tried the one on the Toyota, CHP gave me a ticket and made me take it off.

Can someone point me to a CARB approved snorkel? I havenít found anyone willing to pay the Peopleís Republic of California CARB extortion money to get on the approved list.
FYI I have a great recipe for Spotted Owl, But you will need to get some Bristlecone Pines to grill it over, and itís best to do it on a no burn day.

As for maintaining it... Check the silicone spots every once in awhile, make sure look at the bottom of your air box every once in awhile as well..

|eton||I installed an AEV replica I bought off of ebay, extended all the breathers to the airbox, hose clamped everything, black siliconed all connections and the airbox because its definitley not water proof. I have pics up on the install, it was an easy job, about an hour to get the cutting and initial fitting done, several hours to extend the breathers! Its been hit multiple times offroad and still solid.|
