Rubi transfer case?

Hey guys I looked through the forums but couldn't find a good answer.
I know that a regular tj has a slip yolk on the transfer case and needs a SYE to eliminate drive line vibes on a jeep with 2" or higher lift, and a rubicon has a fixed yolk. If I was to get a rubi case and drive shaft will this avoid the driveline vibes or not?
