Trevor C 98tj No just get a hammer with light blows to the back of the yoke. While you are changing the seal check your bearings and see if they need to be replaced

RearPinion Seal Replacement Question

Do I need a puller to remove the yoke off the spline, if I do what kind. It's the rear pinion on a 99 jeep wrangler with Dana 35
