- a freedom panel bag
- grab handles and a coat hook since its a Sahara (1 pair of handles I believe since it's a 2 door)

The tailgate bar should be part of the rolled up top assembly. On my 4 door its under a couple loops in the cover on the outside i believe. If you're missing that stuff go back before it gets to summer and you're ready to use a top that is incomplete.
Dude, WHERE the hell did you buy this thing? You should have grab handles, freedom panel bag, coat hooks, a box with your windows, a box with your hardware, and I dunno anything about tie-down straps. I didn't get any with my Rubicon, so who knows...

Ya know what you need to do? Ya need to go up there and DEMAND your stuff, and if they DON'T give it to you, you get your a$$ on the phone with Chrysler right there at the dealership and get somebody on the phone other than the grunt who answers, and then you escalate things, right off the bat.

What these criminals you purchased your Jeep from are doing is selling YOUR s--- that YOU paid for. You get this taken care of, and then you find another dealership to service your Jeep, but don't stop there. Then, you wanna do a little bit of digging and find out who else they're ganking, because you can be damned sure you aren't the only one.

...and while an afterthought, you may want to consider talking to Chrysler about returning your Jeep to this dealership, getting a full refund, and agree to a purchase elsewhere. Chrysler may be able to contact another dealership in your area, give them a call, and ask them if they'd be willing to sell you the "same" Jeep for the same price. Maybe that sounds dumb and is probably a very long shot, but you can bet your a$$ I'd try it if I were in your situation.

I had a question regarding the dual top that came with my Sahara. I've been noticing from pictures and explanations on this forum as well as from people selling the soft top from their dual top on Craigslist, that the rear window as well as "door surrounds" come in a separate box in the car. However mine came with just the soft top rolled up in the back with the orange sticker as shown in the picture, but there was no additional boxes in the car. I went to the dealer today to ask and the salesperson told me that anything needed for the soft top was included in that rolled up soft top and no other parts are necessary. I just wanted to clarify this on here, is it because I have a 2 door that I do not need any additional parts as those would only be needed for the unlimited models? Or does the salesperson simply not know / giving me the runaround? I don't want to open my soft top in a few months when it's warmer and have parts missing.

I appreciate any input you can give. Thanks!
You're owed two boxes of hardware; windows and frames, I believe.

Crazy Mike What he said!

I took delivery on Wed. There were 2 boxes in the back seat of my 2-door: one with the door surrounds, and one with the windows.
