Michigunman Not the greatest pics but all I have at the moment. Here are my wires going down the tube and in above the frame with the winch cables.

sinbob here it is. I still need to put black shrink tubing around it so that the wires don't show

sinbob I just did my for lights on my TJ and I have the same bumper. Only difference is that I have a winch. The control unit for the winch is mounted behind the passenger fog light bolt hole. I ran the fog light with the winch cables and zip tied them together. If u look down at the bolt holes for the fog lights on the inside of both is a small little hole I ran the wire for the drivers side light through the hole and down behide the crossover to the other hole and the light. I will try and get u a pic too

SecretAgentMan I would use some black split loom to wrap the wires and them route them through a slot in the grill. I would probably route them individually back through the grill and then merge them. Continue to use the loom under the hood as well. It makes the job look much more professional.

bobjenkins i just did this and put wire casing on it, the black casing with black bumper it blends in so its not too noticeable

Michigunman I think tie wrapping the wires behind the grill guard and then under the grill on top of the frame on the passenger side is your only option.

Vale Teraflex 5400100 - TeraFlex Factory Fog Light Extension Wire Kit for 97-04 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec

I put these on mine. I would just run them down the grille guard. Plus free shipping.

Fog Light Wiring

Hey guys. I installed my new bumper this past weekend. I didn't wire the lights cause I wanted to get some input on this. I know how to wire it but it doesn't have anywhere to conceal the wires. My bumper is a Smittybilt XRC Rock Crawler. I just don't want the wires just dangling nor do I want to drill a hole in the new bumper causing the powder coat to start peeling.
