rubiconcrawlr It all depends on weight and size. Back in 2011, It cost me $190.00 to get the jeep to Kauai, and if you return to Oahu under 30 days its $90.00 to get it back. It takes about a day to get there. Coming back takes about the same, but sometimes you cannot retrieve your vehicle over the weekend so you gotta wait til Monday.

rubiconcrawlr Done it. Shipped the jeep over to Kauai a couple of times. Done Maui 4 years ago, while the Super Ferry was in service. Now I use Young Bros. Great trails out in Maui. I think Kauai is better.

Anyone else thought Of this? With waikane closed really brought down a lot
Of wheeling on Oahu.. And I look at pictures of wheeling in Maui and just start drooling. Has anyone done this before? Is it worth the trip? And is there people
Out there willing to show you the trails
