Brake lights not working-turn signals acting weird-Help!

I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. All of a sudden, both turn signals started acting weird. When I turn on the turn signals, the front lights work but they flash quickly. The front signals flash on both sides. They do not flash on the rear lights. My tail lights work on both sides, but both brake lights do not work. I checked the fuses and they're good. Are both of my rear brake lights burned out or is it something else? Thanks for the help in advance!
