I second that. Scott is as honest as they come, and he definitely knows what he's doing. Scott won't try to sell you on anything you don't need.

hbgirl Tribe4x4 is a great place; Adam does awesome work. I wouldn't consider the work he did for me that costly, either, but I can only speak from my personal experience. I purchased all the parts myself from other vendors and brought them to his shop in Ft. Worth.

The other big ones in the area would be Baertrax or Tribe4x4, however they aren't "cheap".

I've been known to wrench on a JK or two.

Yeap, that's all I know about?

Except I'm going to get with the Ol' Tuckers Texico owner, because he closed the doors and it was the last full service station I know of. They have 2 bays inside. 2 lifts, one inside and one outside. I've seen his boys working down there on Saturdays lately and I figure I might rent it for a bit? Who knows?

Does anyone know of any other GOOD and RELIABLE and CHEAP shops who can do my lift?? Thanks!
GOOD, RELIABLE OR CHEAP? PICK ANY 2... LOL

I used Mike about 25 years ago when I had my 1983 CJ-7. That's how long he has been in business. Very busy though?

Just getting back into this, but here is what I'm looking at or doing it myself?

Mike's Off - Road
6440 Airport Freeway
Haltom City, TX 76117
Owner: Mike (of course) 817-834-4900
Ask for Woody as I have met him and he knows his stuff.

MK's Customs
4243 Road to the Mall #B
North Richland Hills, TX 76180
Owner: Kylee Peterson 817-933-3039

Rock & Roll OffRoad
6920 NE Loop 820
North Richland Hills, TX 76180
Jared Pugh 817-765-8774

I do not know about the service, price or overall satisfaction with any of the above mentioned. Just a starting point. I will say never use 4 Wheel Parts. Good work, but very bad accounting regarding credit card over billing.

That's for another day.

Good luck,
