|KIDDtastrophe||No that's what I was saying with the trim peace above your visors. You can hide them. I don't have that luxury. I like the ideal of above the mirror but have no where for my wires to hide.|

|KIDDtastrophe||Nice job on that one. Yeah I can't have wires showing it will drive me nuts. I don't have that luxury in my yj. But I'm looking at the 29 xl bt. It a pretty nice unit. I may go with under the dash and keep my green dash light theme going thanks for the info. I'm going to think on the location for mounting until the weekend.|

I have one in my JKU right above my rearview mirror. Its a Cobra LCD29 BT.

|tazmann910||If you are going to spend anytime off road yes a CB is worth having. From experience there are places in this great country that still does not get cell service and honestly those are the places I like to wheel.|

So to cb or not to cb that is the question. Do Jeepers still put cb radios in jeeps. I have an 89 yj and can't decide so I wanted to know what you guys think. And if so any mounting location ideals???
