upgraded to iOS 8? Cuz that's when it killed my multiple photo upload and part of why I haven't updated my build thread in a while. (Get tired of having to re type the same thing 4 times lol)

Scooby88 Picked up some good stuff Saturday. U-bolts and brackets for the 14 bolt and they cost me a whole $6.70!
Got 1 of the leaf springs cleaned up today. Should be buying the sye this week.
10-24-2014 07:37 PM
Scooby88 Heading to the u pick n pull tomorrow, looking for Durango leaf springs for the front, Astro steering gear box and u bolts and plates for the 14 bolt. Not going to get it all but I'll see what they got.

Projectgrizz93 Just make sure it's not too tall of a monster you'll constantly rebuild your cv driveline like I do actually have to lower mine a tad
10-23-2014 07:39 PM
Scooby88 I got the perches ground to fit the 14. Trying to pick what sye to go with.....that's the next purchase.

I see. I'm kinda glad that the imports at my pull n pay go first. Gives me more time to pick up some heavy duty truck parts! I'm hoping to keep mine street legal even with 37's!

Projectgrizz93 Looks like a familiar fender cut I like the wording comp cut haha

Trimming the back

Cutting the rear, I think they call it a comp cut. Still have to cut the bumper.

Scooby88 Got one side done, not sure how I'm going to finish the rear. I also got the gas tank pulled out last night, I thought it would be a pain being it had about a half tank of gas but it was pretty easy.

Here how it sets today

I'm trimming the rear bumper and fenders today.

The plan is to get things around to slide the 14 under the rear, being it's welded makes it a little difficult.

I'm tired of updating on my phone, do I buy a new laptop or the sye?
10-08-2014 01:43 PM
Projectgrizz93 Ha that's why I built a paint booth around mine it doesn't fit in the garage anymore

I've always wanted a Miller and I've got a lot of welding ahead. Not only on the YJ.

New Welder

Well I bought one today. Hard bullet to swallow but I'm at the point I really need it and I'm tired of borrowing one.

Was planning on gathering more parts this weekend but plans changed and we are heading north to see my mother for the weekend.

freonburn Sounds like a great idea. I can't wait to see how those axles look under your YJ

Dash

Thanks grizz, helps a lot.

I'm thinking I'm gonna make the new dash mold, my idea is to give the first one away just to get reviews. What do you guys think?

That would be great! I'd like to see spring placement, ride height. Thanks
