Hello everyone

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, and firstly, I'd like to say hello. So, hello...
Let me start by saying that I owned my first jeep at 7 when my folks bought me the GI Joe Army Jeep with realistic steering action! I loved that thing and swore I'd get one someday. So I did! In 2003, I traded in my 10 year old Saturn (which I bought new in 1993) for my very first jeep. A brand spanking new freedom edition Wrangler. Fast-forward 10 years, 2 kids, 2 grand-babies, 1 divorce, and 115k miles... And we're both going strong. I love my Jeep. It's gotten me to work and back every single day. It's loaded and unloaded everything from landscaping, rocks, mulch and sand, a 10 foot palm tree, babies and their belongings, bookshelves, dogs and ferrets, fish and fishermen, and the entire contents of my very existence when my ex-wife kicked me out that once or twice... Shhhhh, I also got lucky driving down alligator alley with my soft top down and springsteen playing full blast out over the central florida swampland... There's one I'll never forget... I've done all that and so much more with my TJ and now she's getting older, and I'm regretting never having taken her more than a couple of steps from 'stock'... I've been taking the top down lately, falling in love with the old girl all over again... I've even bought her some new seat covers and fenders (she lost the front ones a couple of years back)....

I guess what I'm trying to say is I want to fix her up. I want to get a safari top and get her onto bigger wheels... I want to beef up her suspension and cure the "death rattle" that attacks her sometimes when she doesn't feel like being pushed....

I guess I'm asking for advice. For help, if you prefer your eggs with pissed off yellows and no easy-over-ANYTHING! lol

Ok, I'm gonna stop now and just say 'thanks'! Good luck to you all
