|mwdilday||I am having the same issue with a 2014 Rubicon. 430N resets EQ and changes to Kilometers - happened 3 times since new last few months.|

I tried to get clarification, but he never responded . I don't know if it was a long term solution either. But it might not hurt to look into if you are more electrically inclined.

|xArcher||With 2500 miles on my 2014 Rubicon the 430 Nav has reset EQ and stations 2 times. Reset has been after my Jeep was parked and sitting for a while. The second time my language/notifications got changed to French. Not the end of the world, but will get old fast if it keeps doing this. Especially if I have to keep dealing with the French thing. LOL|

|blankster||on my 2014 Sport I have the 430 (without navigation) and had the same issue. Dealer just replaced the unit on Saturday.. I hope it is fixed.|

|ZORVMN||Same issue here, 2014 JKUR has reset about 6-8 times in the 10 months I've owned it. Happens when powered off, it is annoying - resets the band to AM, EQ, and picture display. If we have a good resource on here, would like to know if this is more of what seems to be a global issue with the 430N and power supply before I go to the dealer and they look at me like I have 3 heads...|

|AmIgone||2014 JKURX, happened to me twice so far and I've only had it for 2 months. It happened yesterday. I noticed the radio was off, didn't think nothing of it because the wife was with me and she sometimes turns the radio off when she gets a phone call. Well after turning the radio back on, it was on AM, all setting EQ setting back to default. I guess I'll have to pay more attention and see if there's a pattern when/what, it happens again.|

|Larry_D||Haven't had the radio reset but the navigation reset to factory defaults after a short stop. All was fine, restart and the nav. had totally reset. Had to reenter info and so far so good.|

|blankster||Next oil change, I'll ask the dealer if there is a TSB and/or flash update for the radio.|

I have a 2014 JKUS. This happened to me today with 2000km's on it. Got in the jeep, radio on AM (which I never listen too) and volume down to 0. Presets in tact, but eq reset.
The only thing different about today, was a boat and trailer being disconnected. I drive to work with it hitched and wired, then turned off the jeep. About an hour or two later, my buddy came disconnect the hitch and wiring and took the trailer. I wasn't there, so the jeep was locked and armed. Then about 6 hours after that I went out and started it to find the reset happened.
Could be random, but I don't have a trailer now to try and recreate this.

|misterlime||I've had my 13 Jku Sahara for a year now, 12k miles on it. never had a problem with the stereo...until I paired it with my iPod this past week for a trip. Now my EQ and balance/fader settings have reset 3x over the past week. Maybe I'll take all my Bluetooth paired devices off and see if that does anything.|

There was another thread that someone brought this up in. He mentioned loose connectors fixed the issue for him.
I tried to get more information, but there was no response. A more technical person than me might feel the urge to look into it and report back.

|220combat||2014 JKUS, purchased in September 2013, 16K miles so far, happened to me 4 times already. Only EQ settings were reset.|

This has happened twice to me in the three months I've owned my Jeep. It happened about 5 days ago on a trip. Just resets the EQ and puts the volume at 0. It's not the end of the world, but it's damn annoying. I have the regular 430 radio.
Glad to see I'm not the only one.

|rocknjeep||I just came across this thread today and it caught my eye because on a couple of occasions I have started the Jeep and the radio is on AM. I leave it on a certain FM station. Usually the radio is off when I turn the Jeep off. WTH. Mine is a 2010 Sport.|

|spackler||My 2014 430 RBZ has done this twice now. I'm actually glad this is a common issue and not some sign of a larger electrical problem. Anyone else have a 2014 with the radio resetting occasionally?|
