rebelBullDawg325 i'm not positive, but i think that on most tranny's the reverse gear and 1st gear are mounted on the same shaft, so you may wanna get that fixed soon

amerijeep It depends on your motor. 4 cyl engines were equipped with the AX-5. 6 cyl were equiped with the AX-15.

The AX-15 may be a bolt in replacement for both, but I'm not sure...

88wrangler
tranny trouble need better tranny

i have a 88 wrangler with 33s i think the stock 5 speed tranny is not strong enough for the tires what tranny will fit in my jeep this tranny is knocking hard and reverse is gone please help
