|gagedunlap16||I've replace every line and hoses. Im still losing pressure when vehicle is in motion and have to pump two times to stop. Brake warning light comes on when I hit the brakes while driving.|

|sevenservices||sounds like air in the rear lines, pumping it compresses the air... I feel your pain. Thats why I fill the res and let it run out each rear wheel cylinder, then refill and re-bleed. That way I know for sure there isn't any air trapped further up the lines.|

|gagedunlap16||When the jeep is off the pedal is fine but when its on its spongie but when I drive if I hit brakes to hard light pops on but if I pump it once lights go off and rear wheels lock up. And yes new calipers and new cylinders. Been bleed multiple times.|

|kik||Have you checked the switch at the emergency brake? That can cause the brake light to come on when it's not supposed to if it sticks or is malfunctioning in general. As far as air in the lines, how does your pedal feel. If it's still soft, you have air. Have you checked the fluid again a day or two after the install? Low front pads can also cause it, unless you topped it off again. Make sure the e-brake switch isn't the problem.|

did you bleed them, starting at right rear, then left rear, then right front, then left front? (longest line to shortest?)
And, how does the pedal feel? If its spongy there is still air and you need to bleed/rebleed... sometimes it takes a few times with a new setup to get all the air out. With new calipers we fill the master cyl. and let it run through the caliper. Then close it off and bleed. That way we know we have a steady streem all the way to the calipers and rear wheel cylinders.
What about your rears? Did you change the wheel cylinders back there? Also, the first half of the pedal push is rear. Most of the pressure at the top of your pedal comes from the back. If is spongy, bleed the back first like mentioned...

Okay so I replace the boster, master cylinder, brake lines, calipers, and proportioning valve, but I still have my brake light come on. New pads you think? Or air in lines?
