All your paying for with an exhaust is sound and maybe the tucked muffler ~$400 is a lot to spend IMO for that. They add no noticeable HP. Air Intake too. You want to spend the money, go for it.
As for wheels, depends on future plans. For me, I wish I had 17's because I want 37's and they are hard to come by for 16's. If you aren't going that big ever, you can stick with 15's or 16's and the rubber will be cheaper. Other than beadlocks, I'd suggest black soft 8 style or d window steelies.

|ScottV63||Anyone know of a "standard" muffler with dual exhaust pipes that will fit a 3.6 JK? Not looking to make it louder or do a performance improvement by changing the exhaust. Quiet works for me|

X2 for BFG KM2's. I have 35's though..
As far as an exhaust system, everything I have read on the forums, most people suggest keeping the factory exhaust. No real performance gains from changing the exhaust. Unless you want it to sound different.

17" ATX Mojave wheels with 37x12.5 BFG KM2 tires. Tires are great for dirt, mud, rock and pretty much anything else that provides good traction. They suck on hard pack snow and ice.
Gibson headers and Banks cat back exhaust.
'09, 3.8L by the way. Not sure what is best for the 3.6 though. Hell, I'm not even sure if what I have on mine is the best but I like it.
