cdeslandes Installed Teraflex 1" front spacers to regain the 1/2" I had lost to the winch, and improve the rake a little.

MattK After a year and 7 months of being "paralyzed by choice" I bought Rock Hard's front/rear bumpers with tire carrier and gerry can holders, rock rack and vacuum pump relocation bracket. I need all the extra exterior storage I can get on the JK for the long multi-week excursions to nowhere.

Got a good deal from Rick here on QT. Let the waiting begin!

I find the Trail Grapplers to be very quiet for such an aggressive looking tire. Actually 2 weekends ago at the local Jeep shop a guy came in to buy wheels and tires. He was going to buy Terra Grapplers but I gave him a ride and he was sold.

Well I was hoping for the meaning to come across as the removal of the V6 but pronouncing it somehow makes it sound like vasectomy. I'm not sure if I've seen plates that promote spaying and neutering but I've seen frames that do.

iPhone Mount

Problem:

I know I'm not the only one who is constantly missing phone calls or text message when riding topless or naked because of wind noise so I had two choices:
  • Put the top and/or doors back on (Not happening !)
  • Make the iphone visable and audible while driving.
Solution:

I purchased a universal dash mount ( $7.29 Shipped) through Amazon.
  • Modified the mounting bracket by removing most of the length of the back half so it fits inside the dash without sticking out too far.
  • Pulled front plate from dash, section surrounding the radio, and attached bracket to side of console with (2) screws. This thing is secure as hell and does not move when loading or unloading phone.
  • Using an addtional belt clip from my particular iPhone case. Attached it to bracket by counter sinking with flat head screws (so not to iinterfer with the phone with clipping in.
So now as I get in i simply place the phone in the clip. It's alwasy visible when a call or text comes through. You can also hear it most ot the time but
depends on speed and wind conditions. But I have NOT missed a call or text since.

(Note: make sure your phone can be turned 180║ and still fit back in the clip.
If not, you'll need one that is 'reversible' like that )

Go Cats !!!

Well it wasn't today but recently added chrome UK Logo to her. Was thinking about adding adding between the Trail Rated Badge and Sahara Logos on the sides but might be overkill.

Any other Cat Fans out there showing support on your JK? Pics?

Wiscojeep Instead of paying $60 for a brand name stamp, I drew up in auto cad and used a plasma table to make my own. Clear coat and paint coming this weekend.
mikem76 Painted my driver side rear tow hook to match the opposite. FYI.....PR4/flame red is not the same color as the 10a tow hook color. It's a little lighter. Not sure if u can tell from the pic. It does bother me. So, I may just paint the 10a with flame red as well. :/

RHuckster Yea, I cut out the required sections, it was just a bit to wide to lay flat, seat wouldn't lock down.
