Catss Hey guys i got my poison spyder front bumper linexed and mounted up today. I love it!

But Next is new fenders. I have the rear poison spyder fenders because i got a good deal on em brand new, from a guy on a local forum.

For the front fenders should I get the narrow or the standard width?? Is there any downsides to either?

I only have 33's and no lift for now, and i dont plan on moving up any time soon! so any help!?!?!?

The bumpers are really well made (and heavy as hell) and I'm very happy with them. The X hood is also great and I'm glad I decided to upgrade it. I need to put the new red/black Rubicon stickers back on, but for now I'm really digging the clean look.
Looks great, what's the hood and where and how much?

ATX14 Installed my frame mounted PSC Rocker Knocker on my '08 JKUR. There were some modifications required.

On my model year, there is a metal band welded to the frame on the passenger that needed to be ground off so the rail outriggers can sit flush up against the outside of the frame. That is on the passenger side, center outrigger mount. That metal band had a threaded nut attached to it where the factory gas skid plate attaches to. If I removed it per instructions, I would not be able to bolt the rail & gas skid plate to the frame at that location. PSC techs didn't have an answer except recommending to weld that outrigger to the frame.

Solution:
I modified it by grinding off the part on the outside of the frame and reattached the bottom part of that band by welding it back to the frame. That way I can still use the factory threaded nut to secure the rail & the gas skid plate. According to PSC, only some model years have that "metal band". I just wanted people who have my model year to be aware of this. PSC Tech said he will talk to engineers about this. I have some pictures available to whomever is interested that shows what I did to mount the rails. Sorry so long.

Dwoodworker I had bought a mirror to use when doors are off . I had seen the idea on the forum I believe where the bracket that comes with it can be bent and used but the thing vibrates so bad its hard to use . So I bought some 3/16 metal and made my own bracket . I am hoping the thick metal will help. I will try it next time doors are off. Posting picture of mirror on jeep with bracket that came with it and picture off jeep with the one I made but I cannot post 2 pictures at same time to post for some reason with this ipfone so will be 2 seperate pictures

After doing the rookie move of slamming the mirror into the cowl when pulling the doors off i wanted to add some armor with a different look (millions of Jeeps here in Boulder, Coolrado!!!). So far I love the resistance and flex it gives. We tested the cowl and swung the door into it after installing and it just bounces off!

I do NOT want to put carbon fiber on the Jeep because of the weight and "looks" I am simply looking for good solid armor and something different. Our next piece will be light bar arms for a 50".

That's impressive! nice work.
