That's really awesome! I have a trunk from when my family came in through Ellis Island, but I think it would take up too much space.

Ameije1 Installed rubicon express steering stabilizer with relocation bracket.

Red Rock Raider Dropped the top for the first time on my JKU....what a pain in the arse. The search is now on for a frameless top.......Offroad Heroes, Bestop, Rampage.....so many choices. I had the Rampage top on my TJ but the header didn't fit well so I'm not leaning towards that one. Really like the ORH and it seems that lately Tim has his stuff together so maybe only a 4-6 week wait.

Hey. I posted the mods in another thread that a few of us have been going back and forth on regarding bumpers and the skid plate.

Nothing too intensive, but way more than I would have wanted to do. PM me with any questions.

My dead fit great. The only issue I have is the power cord for the door sometimes gets in the way of it.

Yes, was super easy once I got used to removing the headliner panels. Had more trouble installing the GraBars because one of my passenger side nuts had been cross threaded from factory or from the previous owner installing something.

In the video, he uses a dremmel to notch the headliner. I just used a small, fine toothed saw.

Anyone have a MORE dead pedal that doesn't fit your Jeep? My bolt holes for the door retaining strap don't seem to be 'centered' the way they should be - and this prevents me from being able to install the dead pedal.

The photo doesn't explain it, but if anyone else has had this problem - is there a way to adjust those bolt holes, or am I just better off a) returning the dead pedal, or b) drilling out the holes on the dead pedal larger.

Headache #2 - a rotopax lock cylinder that won't open. The key turns just fine, but the cylinder won't pull out to disengage the lock handles. I'm tempted to soak it in wd-40.

On a positive note, the small molle gear bags I had on my rear roll bars (small tools in one, small camping supplies in another) mount nicely on the back of the Synergy Baja Basket and still allow the window to close properly.

There's only do much you can do with that rear seat, I suppose. Ironically, although it is much harder to get in/out the back of my 2-door, the back seat itself is shaped better than that in my 4-door.
I have the recliner kit and I agree about getting up into it. I bought some GraBars that I need to install...hoping that makes it easier to get in.

Yes, it is.

As far as I know, that's all Mopar uses nowadays.

JKUS - I added a Mopar CAI. It is a fairly easy install, with the exception of securing the bolts under the heat shield; whoever designed it should be fired! Anyway, she now growls like a "real" Jeep!

California Jeep owners: the little CARB sticker is a BIG deal in California. Makes this mod 50-state legal

I considered it but I really wanted to make it work without one. Unless the extender sloped down it would have only saved me from modifying the tightening knob. Like I said earlier, if you have larger tires your only option would be to extend it outward.
