lee indy straighten out that steering wheel. takes 2 seconds and a 15mm wrench

JMC03 Steering wheel is slightly off center since I had an alignment done after i put a lift on it. I had the same issue prior to putting the lift on and the alignment.

I have a bud that could probably pull the errors from it so I have an idea before I see the dealer and they try giving me the run around!

lee indy you can pull error codes on the dash.

rfortune Also, you could stop by AutoZone and pull any error codes. That would be a big help and might save you a trip to the dealer's service bay.

rfortune Is your steering wheel off center?

If you had a bad speed sensor it would be a continuous problem, unless maybe you have a faulty or loose connection that is getting signal through intermittently.

lee indy somethings wrong. you have a speed sensor thats gone tits up or a tone ring thats cracked. dealer trip is necessary dont let them tell you its fine.

Electronic stability control

I have taken my 2012 JKU on two lengthy road trips now and on both of them the ESC has come on and stayed on for a good period of time.

Over the weekend it actually came on 3 times in 4 days. Anyone have any ideas why? Sucks driving 6 hours with no cruise control.

The first time I took it in they said there was an update they had to update the CPU. Obviously that didn't work.
