05johnny I found a "tobacco" smoking device wedged in the passenger seat hardware PO is probably missing it.........

GrayKat97 I started out planning to just vacuum out the interior because it was loaded with dead stink bugs...Decided to do a little more detailed job with the shop vac when I noticed that the po had not capped off the end of the rear washer fluid hose (which for some reason was not attached to the appropriate port in the hard top) and I found more stink bugs, 3 .22 cal shells, and a lone quarter. That was all in back, I'll probably play around with the front sometime this week. (Still trying to figure out how the poor thing had such an infestation of stink bugs)

Duckmasterlack I haven't investigated the black hole as of yet. I did find a melted Halls Cough Drop behind the dash panel where the ash tray used to be.

insylem I baught mine new, and I found some signed paperwork of some one, along with their phone number and adresss. Aperently they took it for a test drive and the paperwork got left in the glove box. I thought about mailing it to them.

jjthejetplane I went to my favorite place to get some chocolate early in the spring, accidently left a chunk in the front seat and I found it chewed on so this caused me to go investigating and under the dash on the passenger side a small chipmunk gave me quite the surprise and sent my scattering backwards out of my own jeep.. Took me all day to get that wirey little thing out..

wat3rdog Well I never thought that I would be able to do more than troll this thread. After putting on my new bumper I closed the hood and heard this little guy who decided it was a good place to chill.

MoBass I started tearing down the Jeep I bought for my Daughter when she turns 16. Found $2 in change, pen, pencile, condom still in the box..lol I thought it was a good thing she was at school.

StanF About 80 cents in change...

A stripped wire with 12V on it coming off the fuse box...

Several other wires of various sizes just clipped off under the drivers side dash...

Wiring for a car alarm or something that ran from the dash to the engine compartment...

A little toggle switch under the steering column for some purpose (fuel cutoff?)...

A set of unterminated speaker wires on the passenger side...

Luckily, I'm not having any electrical issues. Going to dig deeper at some point, as I think I will be able to just remove most or all of the extra wiring.

Chris M The only stuff I find in my Jeep is all of my daughters toys that she brings for each drive we take and then leaves. I'm thinking I might just name my Jeep Toys R Us.

The only odd thing I've ever found in a vehicle I owned that wasn't mind, was a 7mm round in the pick up I bought about 12 years ago. (If it wasn't for my daughter not fitting in the back seat of that pickup, I'd still be driving it).

jadmt just hope you don't find a used condom or something gross.

Should have kept him. I see them guys propped up in front of Walmart all the time with signs and people give them money.

NC Bear Well, I have not found it yet, but there has to be a vacuum in mine somewhere. Something just keeps sucking the money outta my wallet.

LOL
Last November I had been driving without the top or doors and stopped at a gas station convenience store to pick up a bottle of water. When I walked outside there was a well dressed man sitting in my passenger seat. He was a little startled when I returned (as was I!) and said they he just couldn't stand it and had to sit in it... he apparently always wanted a Jeep but his wife wouldn't let him.

Talk about random!

michiganadam LMAO the next owner of my jeep will probably find a thong back there!!
02-02-2013 08:10 AM
BAP dang, im gonna go out and pull my padding off...,,,,never thought about that..lol
02-02-2013 08:04 AM
andrew127 Ive found some spare change in the seats, pens and buisness cards under the carpet, but I think the best thing Ive found yet is the $100 bill tucked under the padding of the drivers side roll bar paid for lots of my parts haha when I got my truck however, while cleaning behind the back seat of that I found a womans thong underwear... Good thing my wife didnt find those!
02-02-2013 07:51 AM
michiganadam Havent dug around in my jeep much yet, but....on my first car, the mirror was not attached to the windshield. I bought one of those $2 kits to glue it back on. I dropped the mirror button between the seats. Dug in there and found a crack pipe with crack in it.

Oh yeah, i bought the car from a towing yard, they got it after it was impounded for posession of drugs. guess the cops missed some evidence.

BAP i found a pair of old round (john lennon) style sunglasses down in my dash..

in my 92 yj, im sure they had to belong to the original owner..they were pretty popular back then as i remember--
--i wish that i could find them, ididnt throw them away,,,i would like to add them back to the jeep somehow---lol

If the CJ resembled a red Prius it could have been Dirty Mike and the Boys from "The Other Guys"... Having a sex party of course

dylan1991 So far the only thing I have found is 26 cents under the driver carpet. That's the only piece I've had out so far so there may be more goodies waiting for me. Maybe I should go treasure hunting tomorrow lol
02-01-2013 10:46 PM
BT And old salt pack from McDonald's.. I never put anything like that on the dash so it had to come from the PO. found it today while removing my tac to put in the blue L.E.D. bulbs =)
02-01-2013 08:51 PM
sigma93 a CD that was left in the radio.....the band Helmet
02-01-2013 08:37 PM
5spdftw I found a razor sharp cutco paring knife slipped into the roll bar padding over the driver's left shoulder, loan info with the previous owner's phone #, address, date of birth, and social security # mixed into the folder of receipts he gave me, a ton of red dirt under the carpet, fuses in the glovebox, and a spare driveshaft u-joint under the rear seat.
