I guess it depends on what is stopping it, the threaded rod or the tube, but something needs to get cut and maybe the threads extended.

jgorm cut some of the threads off. I'd use a band saw so the threads stay good. Sometimes installing a nut before you cut will allow you to chase the threads.

Tie rod/alignment

Alright, so today I replaced my bent factory tie rod with a new big daddy offroad tie rod. Didn't get alignment even close but took it to a shop to be aligned. He couldn't get it so I brought it home a re did the whole thing. I got it closer to what it needs but I still don't have the correct toe in, and the ends are to their last threads in the rod, what can I do to fix this?
