|ATrumpetGuy||Hello, first time jeep owner. My wife and I just moved to Oxford, OH last year for grad school. We purchased our first wrangler a month ago and I really have the itch to hit some trails. Anyone interested in meeting up and planning something?|

someone that know of these places should put something together this spring. I know a guy down here that would love to be included.
Just a thought, any takers?

You should check out the muddy buddys jeep club, they are based out of the Dayton area. Here is their website: Muddy Buddys Jeep Wrangler Club
I'm not a member, but I've been on a couple of their rides as a guest. Good group of people. They have one or 2 places near Oxford where they do trail rides.
One word of caution - I understand that you're just looking to do some "mild" trail riding - but you should really never go off-roading on your own. Best to have at least 1 or 2 other vehicles with you in case you 1) get stuck 2) get lost 3) some breaks and you get stranded, etc etc. You may still be in cell phone range, but if you're off the public roads, 911 may not be able to help or find you. So - give some thought to joining an off-road club, or at least tagging along for an organized ride.
