make sure everything is tight, particularly the track bar. If so proceed on to checking ball joints and tie rod ends, and throw in wheel bearings for good measure. Replace as needed.

|ArmyTanker||Awesome info. So here is what I got going on. If yall have any suggestions or theories, please let me know. So about 10 months ago I did a 4 inch lift. (Tuff Country EZ flex). The first 6 months or so had no wobble at all. Now I get it when going at a low rate of speed 20-30 mph and only if I hit a pothole or rough patch of road with the front passanger wheel. Any thoughts?|

Before you do this.. Have someone get in your jeep and move the steering wheel back and forth about 2 inches while you sit right in front of your front suspension.
Watch every major connection and look for any play. Especially the track bar..

|Cons_Table||The last motion you should take for getting rid of death wobble is the steering stabilizer because more times than not, the stabilizer is just a band aid that covers up the death wobble. The death wobble will wear out the stabilizer and you will be back to square one. You should start by checking your track bar for loose bolts or bad bushings. Do the same for control arms as well.|

|Powerman06||Replacing the stabilizer will only mask the real cause of your wobble. Mine was dated though so I got a Rancho RS5000. From what ive read, all the aftermarket stabilizers are equal since its all the same valving. Price ended up being my factor.|

|lee indy||90% on the market are made by monroe just with a different paint job. all steering stabilizers are just shocks that are valved 50/50|

Anyone reccomend a good steering stabilizer? Going to start going throught the motions of getting rid of this death wobble.
