Goofyjumper If you want to stay specific to jeep.... Should be easy to fit a 76 thru 95 column for all CJ's and YJ's. (5s, 7s, 8s, and wranglers) If you pull from salvage, make sure to pull the firewall and dash brackets to aid in the install process.

x2 on XJ columns, but they require additional fab work.

Flaming River - Steering Columns, Steering Wheels, Rack and Pinion, Universal Joints

Centech Wiring used to have them, but I don't see them on their website now.

From the boneyard,, mid-80s GM compacts like Chevy Monza, Buick Apollo, etc, are the right size IIRC.
I've also read that XJ columns will work with some mods.

77 CJ tilt column

Friend of mine wants a tilt column in his 77 CJ5, I am having a hard time finding one, any other type of vehicle column work with some fab work?
