Rear corner body damage help!

So I hit some black Ice and did some serious rear corner mangle action. I am going to replace the rear corner w/ http://www.quadratec.com/products/12505_0001%2007.htm

The problem I'm having is finding the top corner rail to attach a soft top or just seal my hard top. I was wondering if anybody remembers a thread or build where one was replaced. Also the part to replace as mine is to mangled to straighten out. (JUNKYARD?). I am planning on GenRight Armor/Stretch as I now have an excuse to pull the trigger....
