According to my dealer, it shouldn't void any warranties. I used it for TPMS and tire size change (dealer an only calibrate up to 32" tires).

Only components affected are those that you choose to change.....although, I guess it indirectly does affect the auto tranny shift points because it lets the computer know who fast you're really going when adjusting tire size.

ascinhawaii Forgive mu ignorance but what is an AEV Procal and where could I find one? I'm on an island in Hawaii and pretty secluded from the world. Would a dealer have this in it's repair shop?

Chuck Bullitt You can use an AEV Procal to set it to zero, effectively turning it off.

Other option is take your old rims to another shop and let them swap the valves.

Tpms????

Does anyone know how to shut off the TPMS? I put ner rims and tires on my 08 Wrangler X but the tech couldn't take off the stock TPMS Valec Stems. Now everytime I start the Jeep and about every 15 minutes I get a warning chime and it flashes in my dash cluster.......Any ideas??????????????
