Ditchdoc It's not really what I want. It's just cheaper and I am cheap.

Which side did the jeep rest on? Driver or Passenger? Mine was passenger and that when the oil spilled. If you flipped it on its driver side then you might not have any spills.

So taking a ledge on the side my girl flipped the LJ on the side. My little sister, my dogs, her and myself all the gear went everywhere. It was a quick easy fix, the rock rails (and God of course) saved us and the jeep from extra damage. I lost the side mirror and ripped some the top in a few corners. Crazy. Lol no pics my parents where to freaked out to take them and my girl was as well. So my brother had the good nerves to fix the situation. Any suggestions on what to check?
Fixed those first few words. Thankfully no one was hurt. Your mom will now try to persuade you to sell the jeep.

The tranny burned up a month later. Check to see if any fluids leaked and if so top it back off.

Ditchdoc I worked as a DOD private contractor overseas when I got out of the service. If you want to take this route try to get dual citizenship so you only pay taxes to the country your working at. If you use your U.S. Passport for the work visa you will be taxed US and the place your working at. I was lucky my mother was Dutch and I keep her citizenry as well as US.

Hey right on. That's a good job bud. I was looking to go in that direction a couple of years ago myself. I was getting tired of building gears and drives (axles, transfer cases, out drives and transmissions). So I took the class at work and got my 50 ton operators license (wished I would've stayed in it for my 80 ton) but wound up picking up a position building mrap's. I was just notified this afternoon that I picked up a new job in lav's...I start Tuesday. ..
