tangofox007 At that mileage, there is not an overwhelming "right" answer to your question. You might want to measure the slack in the chain to get a better idea of it's condition.

2.5 timing chain/tensioner

I've got the famous tensioner chatter noise going on. I'm replacing the tensioner but my question is should I replace the whole timing chain assembly (chain,sprocket etc) or should I just replace the tensioner alone. Motor has 123k on it. Other then that she has no problems runs and drives great.
