You run coil overs out back? And the superduty axle that the artec kit is for is set up for leaf spring axles and uses locking hubs. You'll need a 05+ superduty front axle to run those f450 currie hubs or just run the 05+ hubs.

Jimmy water, the artec SD setup is what I've been looking at. I don't have anything specific in mind yet. I'm still window shopping but the 14b cool aid is CHEAP!

iwaxmyjimmy http://www.jkowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=201185 There ya go I'm not a fan of a d60 rear bc a 14 bolt is cheaper and stronger. Granted it's more of a rock magnet, but most d60 rears are only 30 spline shafts with a 1.31 diameter. You can use those housings to run 35 spline shafts (1.51") but you'll have to drill out the spindles. To me the ultimate rear is a H072 axle, made by eaton use a 14 bolt Detroit and shafts. It's strong as hell. Hard to find now days and even harder to find gear sets for. I did find one with 5.14 gears on craigslist a while back. They have a hell of a lot more clearance than a 14 bolt.

You've seen artecs superduty axle swap kits right?

Edit- I know the sterling rear has a heavy pinion offset but it works with the wheel speed sensors better, comes with a truss front and rear and all the brackets you'll need. I don't think it's forsale yet but it's really like only a few weeks out. I believe it uses a 85-91 front axle housing but I would double tap on that.

Now onto more important things, anyone have a suggestion for a Jello shot flavor using Cinnamon Tequila? I used Mandarin orange last year and it was really good, this year I want to try something new and can't decide.

I have: Lime w/tequila, Lemon w/Honey Jack, Cherry w/Vodka, Orange w/Vodka, Strawberry w/tequila. Other suggestions are welcome

I just plain don't like her. I actually like Bill, just never liked Hilary. She only has her own political career because of her husband. Just like George W. Bush -- wasn't a fan of him either.

She would probably do a better job than Obama, but would be much more annoying.

I would definitely vote for Candy. Especially if she was running against Hillary.

Since you're here Mark....there are advantages to running behind me. You may not want to follow my lines but you get good pics of your Jeep.
Jenn, I like your lines, we had a great time and we both did good. Thank you for the pictures and looking forward to the next one. Mark.

Nice thing is, it's narrowe so clears the driveshaft yoke better at full droop, no grinding necesary

aw12345 Fruitful day

Got the pinion depth changed, pinion preload set and axle shaft seals installed. Backlash set, ring gear bolts torqued.
Diff reassembled, steering ram installed, swapped the stub staft to a shorter axle shaft. Installed U joint in long axle shaft. Bought a chromolly pinion yoke, never knew they made such a thing, pretty sweet.
Installed axle shafts, figured out the hardware for the hubs. Reassembled hub, machined 12 bolts, installed one wheel. Got to drill out 2 allen bolts and stick the other wheel on and the ole Scrapper is back on all fours and ready for a front driveshaft.

Hanging around with the former president for 20 years does not qualify you for the job any more than standing in the garage makes you a Corvette. I like Ike!!

It's not Hillary's absents of homemaking skills that I hold against her, but this is not really the place for me to vent!
