|baytownbert||I've just about settled on the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's , over the BFG mudders or AT's.|

The MTR's aren't A/T tires. They are a still a really nice tire though as I plan to get some myself. I currently run Cooper STT's and they are good tires as well.
For an A/T tire the Falken Wildpeak are my personal favorite.

Good call and interesting that the the all-terrain weighs more than a mud terrain tire. I thought it would have been vice versa.
You're definitely going to get better mud traction with a mud terrain tire. Didn't know that that was an option you were entertaining as well.

I just compared the General Grabber AT2 in a 35X12.50X15 with the same size tire in a BFG Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 and believe it or not, the Grabber weighs 67 pounds, while the BFG weighs in at 59.2...
My brother just put the BFG Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 on his Rubicon and the more I read about the poor performance of TA K/O's in mud, I think I will just go with the the MT's instead of the BFG T/A KO's.

|Baeteamjk||General Grabber AT2. They have a very similar all-terrain tread pattern as the BFG but at a much lower price point. They're also lighter as well (only tire that seems to weigh in as low as the Duratracs). Tread wear has been great so far and mine have faced mud, snow, etc with no problems.|

|ninjaturtle0||BFG's are good I have em but in 33's... they last long and I heard their walls are thicker than the Durac's|

Nope. I want to stay with my 15 inch wheels.

|Dextreme||Have you considered the 35" Duratrac in LT315/75R16?|

Best all around 35" AT Tire for 15" Wheel?
I am going to upgrade my 33X12.50X15 Duratrac's for new 35X12.50X15 AT tires for my JKU and am leaning toward the tried and proven BFG TA K/O since they don't make these in 35". Is there a better tire than these BFG AT's and why?
