DaK We may be able to join ya for a day run but staying in the park is just too expensive, 2 bills a night for a hotel room. Gotta Canyon we need to check out... Oh yeah.

Rich, you should do Marble canyon, really work out that locker you swore you would never get.
I'm thinking I might go even though it's a Sunday. Keep Death Valley on your radar. I'll send you the specifics as soon as I have them.

I thought we did this when we went out and had the over heating problem. Am I confused about the trails or what?

WOKNROX Yeah I think I should...just to clear up some of the confusion ...

Careful on Dishpan. We did 2N17x and Dishpan a few weeks ago. The ice made both a bit more challenging than normal. Dishpan had a lot of snow and I believe more is dumping up there now. We made it through 2N17x pretty easy but had to turn around on Dishpan because the trail was buried and very slippery.

DaK We are gonna want another shot at this canyon too. Got the PSC "fixed" so need to see how that goes. This time, extra fluid and the right wrenches will be in the jeep so, that will never fail or be a problem again.

Have never done 2n17x so that would be something new.

This way u guys get to run some really good new stuff too...
Sounds good to me...let's do it! I'd rather try Marble Canyon since it will be new to me as well as some of the others...

DaK It was a great time and met some awesome people. Thing about this canyon no one's run through an obstacle is the same. On one obstacle we all had to take a different line due to the rocks moving so much under the rigs.

Don't forget the bent tie rod. Have never seen a winch used to fix that before. Nice trick and a good to know technique.

We had no serious breakage other then a taco'd stirring linkage and a leaky hydro ram...all n all not bad for this trail...
thanx Dave (DaK) for making the trip and a big thanx to all the guys for coming out for a great say of wheelin ...
We'll have to do this trail again sometime soon ..
Man I can't believe I forgot all about Mike breaking an axle (well a front axle u-joint)...he was starting the Gatekeeper and I noticed he had a busted u-joint and stopped him..good thing cause it could've took out a axle shaft or two...

Moabrubi Oh cool a fun trail close to home...

I'll be keeping my eye out for this one. Just got some new rock sliders and they are way too pretty.
