kcobean The Dulles CFA is about 5 minutes from my house. I used to take my Viper out there all the time. It started off as a classic car cruise in organized by a classic car club. Then all the newer cars started showing up and now it's huge. It would be fun to invade the place with some Jeeps. I'd show up to meet some other Jeepers, even though right now I'm just rockin' the raw front bumper w/o the bumper cover. Looks a tad ghetto, but who cares!

Tombs, you will not be far from the new Red Cloud Off-road park. We should all plan a run there too.

Other than that it's awesome... I really want to add a on command with spod control RV style camera...

Should set up a Friday meet and greet in Dulles chick Fil A...
I'll be living not too far away! I have a house in Bristow but don't get back to NOVA until July 9th- ish. We were originally planning to go right to my inlaws in southern Ga but it looks like we need to go to DC first. I'll be picking up my Granite JKURX at Ourisman Jeep, buzzing around there for about a week then down to GA for 2 weeks. That'll be fun at only 50 mph for break in!

At first I'm only planning a few mods..mostly lighting upgrades and the full Maximus 3 front bumper package..still don't know if I'll go with their winch or pick up the Zeon 10. I'll have a lot of time to decide since my tools wont get there until early Aug.

Hey Squirrel- Saw your post in the Rubi X thread...I'm looking at the S-pod, but I really want to have the ability to cut all the lights off when I turn the Jeep off. The Spod looks like its constant hot, all wired right to the battery so even when key is off the Lights stay on. I was thinking of wiring a switched lead to switch then to the relay to control on/off...

Am I right about the S-pod? I might still go that route....

Funny how everyone knows other trails out there! Especially ones that are closer to NOVA since it's few and far between in this area
Let me know. Looks good for me next Sunday so far..I will be posting and or checking the site during the week...If all looks good, looking forward to meeting, riding and talking shop...

I am learning a lot about Jeeps and Jeep owners!!! Not used to people driving Jeeps always waving when driving by..Kinda like Harley owners or bikers!!! Waving and getting together for rides!!

Great stuff!!

Dabrewski Mudntoy - I just read your other post and where you're going appears to be Peter's Mill/Tasker's Gap....where PBLOX was looking to go was on the other side of 81, a completely different place. Just making certain as I've done the Peter's Mill Run thing, and good to get your feet wet, but looking for a change of pace.

And I just went through my schedule...I can't get out until May 18th! WTH! You all have fun for me!
