DT rocks. Just got the rings. Markings say 83.7 OD 71.4 ID. So next tire rotation, they go in

Also found a place in B.C. that can make custom ones:

«Hi Philippe
$95 for a set of 4
custom made in 3 to 5 days.

plus shipping and applicable taxes

we accept Visa and MAsterCard and PaypPal

if you have any other questions or would like to order them, please call our toll-free number
1-866-921-3335»

So the ones I got from DT should also fit the TKO (same 83.7mm bore dia.)

DB
Follow-up. After some surgery (to remove the outer lip), they fit perfectly.

I have harped many times about not wanting anything to do with non-hubcentric wheels. As someone said, "OEM's apparently think it's pretty important", that's because it is.
Wheel vibration can be the source of major problems, and it's almost impossible to prevent without a proper fit on your hub. I've experienced this first hand with wheels that weren't hubcentric to the vehicle I had them on. The plastic rings are about worthless, because they pinch, bend, or crease if you put the wheel on incorrectly, and you're screwed. It's probably the main reason I chose AEV wheels. But Rugged Ridge also makes a hubcentric wheel for JK's.

jadmt has a setup there that I would consider, if I really wanted some wheels that weren't hubcentric. Close is not good enough, it has to be perfect.
They are very well made with a very percise fit. I looked at some plastic ones and could not bring myself to use them. Not saying they are not better then nothing but I just felt better using what I used. Over the life of the vehicle the cost is not that great.

The outfit is motorsports-tech.com and all their work is custom. I could not find any off the self centric rings that were an exact fit for my application.

I would still check with them. Like I said, hub rings were not available for me either.
Travis did say they had to be special ordered.

kjeeper10 Or try the MS link that works

Measure and have them custom make a size. The stock size is not going to change.
If I were to guess there must be -.005 to -.010 clearance between the OD/ring - ID/wheel.
