Soft Top Window Swirl Removal

The desert "dust" is more like pulverized rock. I'm noticing more and more swirls from hand washing and drying.

Is there anyproven product/method for removing these scratches?

I searched the archives and found one recommendation for this Meguiar's #10 and #17 Plastic Polish & Cleaner : : Automotive
