Upper Header Weather Stripping

I bought a hardtop for my 02 Wrangler X over the weekend. I'm not sure that I'm on the right track, but I'm getting some wind noise from where the hardtop sits over the windshield. I think the part that need replacing is the upper header weather stripping, but this piece is $150 if I order it from a parts store.

I have a couple questions regarding my issues.

First: Am I correct about what part I need?

Second: Is there a difference between the headers for a soft top compared to hard top?

Third: Any suggestions on where I should buy this part? It's hard to believe that a 5' piece of rubber cost over $150.

Thanks for the suggestions!
