|Dare2BSquare||Don't stoop to his level. As much as you would like to strip it, you'd be no better than him if you do. Call the local LEOs and let them handle it.|

|fireguy93||I say have some fun first!!! If it's a 4x, take it off road this weekend, tear it up, then call the cops. Tell them you were waiting to see if he came back for the truck so you could call when he was there. Strip it of anything you might be able to use or sell before you call. I once caught someone in an old Jimmy I had trying to hot wire it, after a strange chain of events, I ended up trading him my Jimmy for his Toyota 4x4. I can't stand lazy jack-asses who can't work for a living, but have to steal what others worked for. I think the auto industry should use people like that for crash test dummies!|

|Coyote_94YJ||That is pretty funny, but I would still call the police and explain what happened and see what they say. It might be that they take possession of it and try to locate proper owner and if they can't find one then sign it over to you. They'll probably auction it off though if an owner can't be found.|

How do you know it's unregisterted and not insured?
Either way, if you take anything off of it or maintain possession of it you're going to be in big trouble. The truck belongs to someone and is registered to someone.

|stevens243||Yeah, call the cops and report it, have the truck towed away. If it's stolen, the owner will get it back. If it's his, they'll be able to track him down and even if he gets a slap on the wrist for attempted robbery, he'll have a huge towing/storage bill.|

|Jp90Talon||Even if it isnt stolen he may have the title. Last thing you need is him reporting the truck stolen and you getting arrested for "stealing" his truck.|

|mattamd_xp||You might want to find out if the truck is a stolen vehicle before you touch it. It would suck to go to jail for possession of stolen property|
