Freedom of speech has become freedom from speech.

Ditchdoc Not quite. Let's change this up and say 3 politicians. One says I'm closing johnson valley to jeeps. One says I'm not closing johnson one says I'm not only going to not close johnson valley but it be a place of anarchy. Now let's say tree huggers make up 45% of the vote and vote to close JV and 40% vote to keep it open then there is me saying I want anarchy and won't vote any other way and I make up 15% of the vote.
Come Election Day we all voted what our hearts told us and you and me are out of JV. Now would it not be better if I compromised and said well maybe anarchy is not the way to go. Combine your 40% and my 15% and keep JV open? That's what I'm saying.

The way I'm reading you...or at least the things you've said here today. You "would" stand up for my/others rights but only "if" it works out in your favor.
As for America's and having guts to do the right thing...I feel most people intend to do the right thing it's just that today's society and socialism gets in the way making it easier for people to just go with the flow. I also feel that that's why most "regular" people in this state don't vote.
But just to clarify these are only my options and mental to be taken as such.
Thanks

Ditchdoc Well ginger may just go on the stands. This morning I ran over a bucket of nails and now both driver side tires are flat. So plugs it is and if that don't work on I'm ripping stuff up.

Ditchdoc Ross Perot is a good example he was ushered by none other than George Sorros. Part of his ending the Reagan legacy.

I and probably a lot of other Americans just couldn't stand behind him because of his uncertainty.
I remember watching a live news cast the second time he decided to stop running. They showed a supporter sitting at a table outside of a super market. They went up to the supporter and informed him that he pulled out of the race AGAIN. The poor guy was pretty upset.

Ditchdoc In fact if you follow the money where there is a tight run between d and r. Democrat party will donate money to the libertarian candidate to move votes away from the republican. People vote their heart and lose.

My heart is with you. For instance there are 4 voters 3 candidates two candidates have similar values one differs from the other two. If society divides left and right and the vote divided more on the right then the left wins. Even if my values are compromised some will be enacted on. If I vote with my heart and values alone neither will see the light of day

So far, but honestly I haven't gotten very far in my research. I was in Big Bear playing for a long weekend.....Priorities you know, haha. Most of the measures I've looked into have been local ones and they are crap same with some local canidates. I only hope the good ones get elected, but we do have some whackado people living here.

RKCWLER Nice cabinet. I picked up a couple of NEMA electrical cabinets a few years ago. Using the 18 x 36 x 72 for the armory now. The smaller one, pictured, I would like to put glass in the doors and make a show cabinet.

Rear tires had less than 200 miles on them. Still lots of people claim that MTR's need breaking in.
I haven't had a problem with them, they have worked very well on the trails I ran with them if you keep sliding of a rock you aren't in the right spot on it
Ya, it was a couple different spots and it didn't seem to matter where we were on them. It only happened at the start of John Bull, then it was fine. No big deal
