Yes they are and yes i love them...they've been awesome on road, great so far this winter, and did great when i wheeled them after i got them. They're 35x12.5x15's

JEEFz This is her in front of Lowes about an hour after buying her. I've had the TJ for about 4 hours now and seen a fair amount of mud already!
