YES! Its called a Chime Buster, i just fitted one yesterday.
It wont turn it off completely, Standard Setting is to Chime for 5 Seconds then Stop, but it is customer adjustable from 1 Second to get just one or two chimes at most, or way up to 5 Minutes.
Only one guy i know makes it in Australia and its available through Double Black OffRoad, im sure they'll post them overseas for ya.
cheers

DBOR CHIME BUSTER-Jeep JK & TJ, Chrysler PT Cruiser-Dodge Avenger

There is also a manual way with the door latch, shown in this youtube.
How to disable Jeep JK door chime - YouTube

There is also another more permanent way, i did this on my old 07 JK (have a 2013 now) go to an AutoElectrician and have them take out the dam chime speaker altogether! its behind the speedo. bit of a technical job as its in the circuitboard so i wouldn't attempt it myself.

And another thing i did on the 07 JK to get rid of seat belt warning light is simply bridge the two wires going to the seatbelt buckle, the system just thinks the belt is always on. This would kill chime and light but obviously removing the speaker there is no chime anyway, i just wanted the light off too.

So for my 2013 I have the Chime Buster and that not only limits the chimes on 'Key In Ignition and Drivers Door Opened', It also does the same thing for 'HeadLights On, Key Out, Door Opened' Continuous Beeping (i.e. limits it to what you set- 1 or 2 beeps to 5 minutes).

I tried a few times to turn the ‘enhanced belt chiming’ off but it didn’t work even though I got the acknowledgment tone after the 3 belt buckle insertion sequence & then turning the Key to Off.
Now the Instructions say Insert Buckle at least 3 times in 10 Seconds, so I tried 4 Times and wolla that worked!
But I still get the 5 Chimes on starting if the Belt isn’t clipped in, It was suggested here that you would only get 1 Chime if its disabled properly but I still get 5. But unbuckling at any other time there are no chimes and the seatbelt light stays on constant it doesn’t flash.

The 5 Chimes on Start up will probably bug me as i always start the car then put the belt on, so i may still bridge the buckle wires to kill it completely.

Same here, tried it several times. Something similar worked on my 12 Ram 1500. I wonder if it's because I have the "whatever it's called package" with a programmable EVIC.

I did my best to put the section and page number from where the feature sequence was found in the manual, or my source. There are some programming features that are now being left out of the user manual (like remove the door chime reminder). I did my best to find those to make this more complete.

NOTE: Most of these sequences are set to toggle. So just do it a second time to reset it.

GOT A CHILD SEAT-56

Automatic Locking Retractor Mode (ALR) — If

Equipped

In this mode, the shoulder belt is automatically prelocked.
The belt will still retract to remove any slack in
the shoulder belt. The Automatic Locking Mode is available
on all passenger-seating positions with a combination
lap/shoulder belt. Use the Automatic Locking Mode
anytime a child safety seat is installed in a seating
position that has a belt with this feature. Children
12 years old and under should always be properly
restrained in the rear seat.
How To Engage The Automatic Locking Mode

1. Buckle the combination lap and shoulder belt.
2. Grasp the shoulder portion and pull downward until
the entire belt is extracted.
3. Allow the belt to retract. As the belt retracts, you will
hear a clicking sound. This indicates the safety belt is
now in the Automatic Locking Mode.
How To Disengage The Automatic Locking Mode

Unbuckle the combination lap/shoulder belt and allow it
to retract completely to disengage the Automatic Locking
Mode and activate the vehicle sensitive (emergency)
locking mode.

Customer Key Programming - 18 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR VEHICLE
If you have two valid Sentry Keys_, you can program
new Sentry Keys_ to the system by performing the
following procedure:
1. Cut the additional Sentry Key_ Transponder blank(s)
to match the ignition switch lock cylinder key code.
2. Insert the first valid key into the ignition switch. Turn
the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position for at least
three seconds, but no longer than 15 seconds. Then, turn
the ignition switch to the LOCK position and remove the
first key.
3. Insert the second valid key into the ignition switch.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position within
15 seconds. After 10 seconds, a chime will sound. In
addition, the Vehicle Security Light will begin to flash.
Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position and
remove the second key.
4. Insert a blank Sentry Key_ into the ignition switch.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position within
60 seconds. After 10 seconds, a single chime will sound.
In addition, the Vehicle Security Light will stop flashing.
To indicate that programming is complete, the Vehicle
Security Light will turn on again for three seconds and
then turn off.
The new Sentry Key_ is programmed. The Remote
Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter will also be programmed

during this procedure.

Repeat this procedure to program up to eight keys. If you
do not have a programmed Sentry Key_, contact your
authorized dealer for details.
NOTE:If a programmed key is lost, see your authorized
dealer to have all remaining keys erased from the system’s
memory. This will prevent the lost key from
starting your vehicle. The remaining keys must then be
reprogrammed. All vehicle keys must be taken to an
authorized dealer at the time of service to be
reprogrammed.

does anyone know a way to change the default setting of the cruise control (it is set to off)

i am mad about activating it after every ignition off

(in the past a lot of cars had a mechanical switch, which does not care about anything else, that was set to on/off until you changed the position of the knob)

I found a post telling how to do that if you wanted to keep the radio on while outside with the door open. You still need to live through a few chimes though.

The article is from 2009. I've seen posts (here and elsewhere) stating that the complete ESP disable will NOT work on 2012+. I've also seen posts (here and elsewhere) from people that say it WILL work on 2012+.

I tried this on my 2011 and it took me 6 tries to get it right -- apparently I'm not that dextrous with the steering wheel dance. This is why, before I waste another Sunday afternoon trying it on my 12, I would prefer to hear from someone with a 12+ that has actually successfully done it.

Gort Does the ESP off work on 2012s, or has anyone done this successfully on a 12? I've heard conflicting accounts on this.

DGriz Is there a way to turn off the chime when the airbag light comes on? The light came on yesterday and chimes every few minutes. Until I can get to the garage, that chime is going to drive me nuts.
