RepairMan It was a good run with some nice views of the city. A really great day in the desert.

raythom3 If anyone else is interested, we will be meeting at 10:00 am at the McDonald's at Farm and Durango just off the 95. The game plan is some exploring along the Gas Peak trail. I don't think the trail goes all the way thru so it will be in and out the same trail. Bring a lunch.

RepairMan I'd be up to take a ride. Maybe we can look at some of the other short side roads as well.

Gas Peak with no hiking is OK as well. I am thinking Sunday at this point. Let me know what you think.

Dr. tiki As my calendar sits currently, I do not have a free weekend until 4 weeks from now. On the plus side I have a Death Valley trip planned with a few friends next weekend in the Jeep. I am leaving the bike at home finally and hitting the dunes and anything else we can find out there. Just ordered my portable compressor and a tow strap just in case and I have a bunch of beer left over from our Daytona 500 party. Throw in a bunch of cigars and I think I am good.

Xodius This weekend I am either changing my transmission fluid and some other minor things or finally removing my sumac which I hate with a passion. LOL. If I remove it I would be installing something new too so...yeah.

Repairman was talking about doing gass peak sometime. Shot him a message.

jokerchief462 I am down Saturday for other things and should be doing some work around here Sunday so I can make a trip in a couple of weeks.

gregaf3 Should be a nice weekend too with the temps in the 70's. I would love to hit a trail, but it is the wife's last weekend in town before she leaves.

Any plans for the upcoming weekend.

Open all weekend, anyone up for a short simple trip? I am thinking Gas Peak with a hike to the peak. Throw out some ideas to see if we can get some interest.
