SoleSky Okay thank you, I might just replace the fabric because the holes in the plastic will be much harder to fix. Also I'm in a safe neighborhood, just worried about people stealing my GPS when I go out of town or into Philadelphia. Maybe a new lock can be installed?

wyseguy If the holes are in the plastic, just heat up the plastic and melt the holes closed. Kinda like plastic welding. By the way i have the same console and the lock it has on it isn't gonna keep anyone out of it. I used a paperclip to open mine (i didn't have the key with me) in about 3 seconds. So imo bolting it down isn't gonna help keep things in it much safer.

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT UNTIL I LOOKED AT THE ATTACHMENT PHOTO OF THE ARM REST FOR SALE. I WOULD REMOVE THAT THING AND GO TO THE FABRIC STORE AND BUT SOME VINYL OF THE SAME COLOR IT'S CHEAP AND TAKE THAT LID APART AND RECOVER IT. OR YOU COULD CALL THE STEALER SHIP AND SEE HOW MUCH A NEW ONE IS.

They are visible when i take off the padding and i'm not sure what i could do to fix it. Also it comes to mind that the console isn't attached to the jeep. So the lock box is kind of unusable, anyway i could bolt it down without totally screwing up the jeep?:d
which has holes drilled in it the padding on top of the arm rest or the plastic under it. If theres hole drilled in the padding you can just go to any fabric store and buy some vinyl and recover it. If holes are drilled in the plastic then i don't know.
