I'd do both diffs, Trans, transfer case, and oil change. Grease all zerk fittings and ujoints if possible.

That manual transmission is good news so far as the water immersion goes. Odds are very good no mud or muddy water got into the axles, transfer case, or transmission. Your axles, transmission, and transfer case all have remoted rubber vent hose openings designed to keep water out of those components.
I would check all of those items to make sure their vent hoses are securely attached, the vent hoses are clamped onto the top of all of them. Sample each of the lubes to make sure none show signs of water contamination.

Well I was stuck in a mud hole this weekend for a whole night, not me but my jeep. It wasnt fun but when I came back to winch it out the next morning some other jeeper mechanics told me I needed to change out my fluids. I have a 4 inch lift with 2 inch body lift so the water wasnt to my engine so would I only need to drain my differential and transmission fluids? other fluids I need to worry about? HELP PLEASE! Also any ideas how to loosen my stock bumper bolts so i can get my new bulldog bumper on? Thanks!
