|cloverbagkid||So I made myself feel stupid. After I took the stereo out and played around with the stereo for a while I took it to best buy, the employee unscrewed the soundbar where the speaker goes and there was barely a speaker in there. I bought 2 pioneer speakers and put them in and it sounds nice. I always tend to make myself look dumb|

1st, as mentioned by Johnson49, check fader, then use multimeter to see if power getting to plug at the speaker bar. After that, look up factory wire diagram and use multimeter to check OHMS between factory plug (at radio) and the plug at the speaker bar for continuity (will rule out wiring problem before replacing radio).

Soundbar, stereo, confusion. (new to jeeps)
I have a 94 sahara. I believe it has a stock soundbar and as far as I can tell it is hooked up. Wires are plugged into the soundbar above the passenger side door and i followed them behind the glove box where I believe there was another connector for them. After that I could not trace the wires anymore and when i use my stereo the sound only comes from the front speakers. I'm not sure what to trouble shoot to make the soundbar work. Like could it not be connected into the back of the stereo. I'm just not sure where to look. Please help!
