|InvisiblePants||1st notify shipping carrier, they will begin a trace. Next the shipper must be notified so that they can begin the claim process. The carrier will investigate and then a refund of the shipping cost and items will be given to the shipper. Even though the items were purchased by you, you really don't have any say in the process and almost all of the communication will be between carrier and shipper.|

Had a couple of packages delivered on tuesday that were taken off front porch. Any have experience with filing claims about stolen goods?
